Bus C 6 from the Airport to the bus station Purta de Marto.

- Alsa Buses The majority of towns are covered by the bus network
- FGV Train / Tram. Mainly coastal resorts and villages near the coast north of Alicante
- RENFE National train network.
- Connects to Madrid, Valencia, Elche, Orihuela, Murcia, Aqilas, Albacete
- Usless for the coastal resorts north of Alicante - use FGV Train / Tram or Bus
The Ferrocarril de la Generalitat Valenciana (FGV) the Alicante - Benidorm - Denia train
is a private small gauge railway. The railway station is in on the
Avenida de Villajoyosa
on the West side of Alicante Next to the coast
NOTE: This is a seperate station from the main railway station.
Getting to Rail station from Airport:
C 6 from the Airport to the bus station Purta de Marto (about 45 mins)
The rail station is about 1km away so take a taxi if you have luggage.
