By Car

From Alicante, drivers should take the Autovia Alicante-Murcia and leave at the airport junction; alternatively, they can take the national road 340 to the airport. From Benidorm, drivers should take the Autopista A-7.

Railway - Ferrocarril de la Generalitat Valenciana (FGV)

FGV is the diesel section of the line


Ferrocarril de la Generalitat Valenciana (FGV) train is a private small gauge railway. The railway station is on the Avenida de Villajoyosa on the North East side of Alicante in Avenida de Villajoyosa near to the junction with Aveni de Denia.  The Station is next to the beach.

NOTE: This is a separate station from the main railway station and the RENFE railway network

RENFE - National  Rail Services

RENFE, the national rail network runs to the West and South from Alicante. The Northern line runs inland (West) before turning North joining the coast North of Denia thus by-passing most of the Costa Blanca and Benidorm. The RENFE station (Estacion FC de Madrid) is in the centre of Alicante

Alicante Airport is located near the village of El Altet 11 kilometres(7 miles) south of the city of Alicante.
